By achieving personal goals you can boost your self esteem and fulfillment, thus improve your self confidence. Our method to do this is in the gym by helping people lose weight, build muscle and improve their fitness. It is what we do best.
With this in mind we created our Body Transformation Program. It is designed by our leading Sports Scientists to deliver the best results possible in just 12 weeks. Over the years the program has helped numerous people reach their fitness goals and transform how they look and feel.
Now it is your turn.
How the process works is quite simple. You get 36 personal training sessions split into 3 sessions per week. Each session is designed to achieve the goals set out when you start. We monitor and track you progress each workout to ensure we are staying on track.
We will cover everything you need on nutrition. If you want custom meal plans made up, we will do that and tailor them to your goals. We will also teach you how to track and monitor your foods yourself to ensure long term results.
Our team are fully in this journey with you and will provide a direct WhatsApp contact to answer any queries you may have outside the gym. We are always here to help.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Niall and Ken are two fantastic trainers who will get the best out of you. Obviously, you need to commit to it first and foremost but the lads will buy into you, and the results will be incredible.
If your’re looking to change how you feel, look and live you must get in on the transformation programme. The lads made it really easy to communicate and set everything out for you, they give you the structure and framework to succeed.
I did the 12 week programme and it was the quickest 12 weeks of my life. The sessions are intense, perfectly tailored to suit specific needs. I like the aspect of no frills, just hard work. Essentially, thats all it is.
