We believe self confidence is important.
By achieving personal goals you can boost your self esteem and fulfilment. Our method to do this is in the gym by helping people lose weight, build muscle and improve their fitness. It is what we do best.
With this in mind we created our Body Transformation Program, our premium personal training plan. It is designed by our leading Sports Scientists to deliver the best results possible in just 12 weeks. Over the past 5 years the program has helped numerous people reach their fitness goals and transform how they look and feel.
Now it is your turn.
How the process works is quite simple. You get 36 personal training sessions, split into 3 sessions per week. Each session is designed to achieve the goals set out when you start. We monitor and track your progress each workout to ensure we are staying on track.
We will cover everything you need on nutrition. You will get custom meal plans made up, tailored to help you reach your goals. We will also teach you how to track and monitor food yourself to ensure long term results.
Our team are fully in this journey with you. To ensure you stay on track our team will set up a direct WhatsApp group to answer any queries you may have outside the gym while on the program. We are always happy to help.
