Be in contact with your New Element Fitness Coach 24/7. You can ask questions at any time during your journey via email
Fill out the form
Once you sign up, you can indicate your fitness goal on an online form that will be sent to your email. Your coach will then set up an online consultation via zoom to discuss your goals with you
Check-ins
Included in our Online Personal Training Program you receive a check-In every week to gauge your progress. This is important, because this way we can see early if you are on track to reach your goals!
