You can indicate your fitness goals on an online form that will be linked below. At the end of the form you can then set up an online consultation via zoom to discuss your goals
Included in our Online Personal Training Program you receive a check-In every week to gauge your progress. This is important, because this way we can see early if you are on track to reach your goals!
Your training sessions will be designed either by Niall or Ken (depending on who you wish to work with). Both are leading Sports Scientists, ensuring your program is of the highest standard.
